Comments from some of our thousands of satisfied modular home owners:
I purchased my home with Homes by Vanderbuilt many years ago, and to this day I have had nothing but fair and courteous service whenever I have needed it. The shopping experience was fun and easy, I returned several times before I made up my mind and was treated kindly every time. I am a difficult person to sell to, but they had a lot of patience with me and I never felt rushed. I have needed help over the years to match up a counter that got messed up by accident, the same with a floor that I burned by accident. They got me in touch with their supplier without any questions and were more than willing to help. I have nothing but good to say for this company!

Modular Home Advantage

Stonger Framing

The module to module construction offers an inherent strength advantage over traditional framing. Keep in mind that the modules must be stong and rigid enough to withstand being put in place by a crane. We build with 2x6 lumber for exterior walls rather than the 2x4 lumber used by most traditional builders.

Modular homes typically use about 20% more lumber and fasteners than site-built homes and fare better than site-built homes in Hurricanes according to FEMA.
