Great company to work with! I have been completely satisfied with the service I have recieved through Vanderbuilt in Sanford, NC. I began my home purchase with another company, and after months of frustration, dropped the whole deal to work with Vanderbuilt. Curtis Ragan had my loan approved and my appraisal and permits secured within two weeks. Dave Wilson, the Construction Manager contacted me immediately to flag the property for the home, and the crane operator was there the next day to look for possible obstructions and placement of the crane for the work to begin. The following week, Mr. Morton contacted me to arrange the footer work. Work has been progressing since the first day I walked into the Vanderbuilt office. Curtis Ragan has been proactive in getting things in order for me. I have not had to call the office for updates, because he calls me first!! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home.
